As a Virtuoso Luxury Travel Advisor, Stephen has curated high-touch itineraries for discerning clients, combining destination expertise with a consultative approach that prioritizes personalized service. He currently serves as Co-Chair of Northstar's Black Travel Advisory Board, advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion across the travel industry.

Recognizing that the $800 billion travel advisory market lacked purpose-built technology, Stephen founded Collab Travel CRM — the first Agentic Operating System designed specifically for travel advisors.
