Is the mobile app free?
Yes. The Collab Travel CRM iOS app is a free download on the App Store. You sign in with your existing Collab account — Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans all include full mobile access.
Do I need a paid subscription to use it?
No. Anyone on our free Starter plan can install and use the app. Paid plans unlock the same premium features they unlock on the web (advanced pipeline, commission automations, supplier vault, group tools, and more).
Does it sync with the web app in real time?
Yes. It's one account and one database. Anything you edit on mobile appears immediately on the web app, and vice versa.
Which Apple devices does it run on?
It's a universal Apple app: iPhone (iOS 17+), iPad (iPadOS 17+), Mac with Apple Silicon (macOS 14 Sonoma+), and Apple Vision Pro (visionOS 1.0+). One purchase, all four form factors.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Client profiles, upcoming itineraries, and Meeting Capture work fully offline. Changes queue locally and sync automatically when you're back on Wi‑Fi or cellular.
How is my client data protected?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sign-in supports Face ID and Touch ID, and we honor SSO and 2FA at the workspace level. We're SOC 2 aligned and GDPR compliant.
Does it support Enterprise SSO for host agencies?
Yes. Enterprise workspaces can enforce SAML/OIDC SSO for every advisor, including on the mobile app.
Is there an Android version?
Yes! Collab Travel CRM is now officially live on the Google Play Store for Android phones and tablets. You can also install our web app (PWA) on any device.
